Computer Lab
Computer Lab Room 133 will be opening to all Gavit Students after Labor Day. Lab hours are from 2:50 to 4:00 p.m. daily. You may use Plato Systems: jump start for ISTEP+/GQE; Internet: research; and Microsoft Office: document processing.
Remember that all Gavit students are required to carry a student Agenda. Agendas are available at the bookstore for $5.00, and the bookstore is only open in the morning.

You can contact your child’s teachers by email using Gavit’s web page. Simply, go online to School City of Hammond at http://www.hammond.k12.in.us. Click on ‘School Web Sites’ which is located on the left side of the blue horizontal bar. Hold the cursor down on “Middle, High Schools” and slide it to “Gavit MS/HS and our web page will appear, or click here
Be sure to check out the new STI HomePlus system that permist users to view grades and attendance for middle and high school students. Parents will be offered several training sessions. Watch for dates and times as you must attend this to receive a user ID and password. You can see demo here
